Murray Lawrie grew up in Scotland's industrial heartland in the town of Wishaw. He moved to Aberdeenshire in 1992 and now resides, with his wife Ruth and their four children, in the rural setting of Old Meldrum - a picturesque town near Inverurie. He is a Children's Evangelist and spends much of his time in schools presenting the truth of the Gospel to kids who would probably otherwise never hear it. The home page of his web site colourfully displays the letters BTNG - an acronym for Bible Teaching for a New Generation - and this sums up his mission - helping a new generation to understand the Bible. The children at the Kids Konvention can certainly look forward to an exciting time with Murray and his team! |
